A. Craig Eiland

Craig Eiland grew up in a farming and ranching family in west Texas and is an accomplished and respected trial lawyer, who has represented clients

throughout the U.S. -- as well as internationally.  In addition, he has over 20 years of experience in the Texas House of Representatives.

Mr. Eiland was a court appointed ad litem representing over 1,000 children who suffered injuries similar to Zofran when their mothers took Paxil (also marketed by GSK) during their first trimester.  Paxil and Zofran both alter the amount of serotonin.  This alteration has been linked to birth defects.  As a result of Mr. Eiland's ad litem prior case work, Mr. Eiland has a broad knowledge of GSK and the impact of serotonin on the development on the baby in the womb.
